Elements Luxury Home with Pool and Hot Tub Near the Beach

I informed the landlord about my concerns and they were unwilling to help. Thus, I am posting this online for future tenants. First and foremost, the neighborhood seemed very unsafe and there were loud noises next door and people smoking weed. I did not get any sleep on night one due to the uncomfortableness of the place. The beds were all very cheap and not confortable at all. I left the property the next day and never returned to complete my rental. It is a very dark and creepy house in general and cameras on the pool deck were not appropriate. The house was underequipped with glassware, and all other things needed in the kitchen. There was old bags of ice left in the freezer. The furniture was meant for the smallest of people and felt like a dorm room in college. The beds were hard and the rooms were decorated just terribly. The walls and stairs were very worn and many scuff marks and scratches. This house is very worn and dirty throughout. There was scattered licenses and paperwork at the front door and seem very unprofessional. This landlord manages many properties and it really felt like they didn't care at all. STAY AWAY

Positive: Property was beautiful. Negative: Owners were disrespectful!
