Tropical Oasis Newly Renovated Near Las Olas Beach

Negative: Shady rental company that makes you send your id to a random phone number that is not on the booking.com website even when you pay in advance. It says “show id upon checkin,” but they do not mean a quick glance to verify. They supposedly have an office in FTL, so I do not understand why they did not have me “check-in” there. They should have never had me pay in advance to find this out the day of check in. This policy should have been specifically on listing prior to clicking book. This company held my reservation hostage and I missed the event I drove all the way to FTL to see. Highly advise you to avoid unless you want to spend your day or night having fear and claiming identity theft. I am out lodging money, time, and a concert that I planned to go to since November!

The property was very clean and well taken care of. The hosts were so accommodating and helpful throughout the process - from before traveling through check out. Highly recommend this listing!
